Which workshops?
It's up to you! Some people attend all three workshops for a complete antenatal course. Hypnobirthing Essentials is the most popular, and all other workshops finish with a relaxing hypnobirthing session too. Read some Reviews and Birth Stories
Where?
 I run antenatal workshops for small groups, couples and individuals from my rural log cabin home near Praze-an-Beeble (10 mins from Camborne). Workshops can also be held as private sessions in your home at your convenience, anywhere in Cornwall.
I find that running quality classes in a private, homely environment really encourages a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, where mums and birth partners feel fully included, with time to talk and explore topics fully.
Private Workshops
Personalised, private workshops on any of the workshop topics are available daytimes, evenings or weekends, at times convenient for you, at no extra cost if visiting me here, otherwise, travel expenses are charged at 45p per mile.
When?You are welcome to attend one or more workshops with up to one birth partner any time during pregnancy, though don't worry if you're close to your due date - it's never too late! Workshop dates for 2010/11 can be found on the form at the bottom of this page. If dates are inconvenient how about a private workshop?

Can you attend our birth?
I can attend your birth as an on-call doula, subject to availability. Most parents considering this option attend the workshops and get to know me a bit, before deciding if they'd like me to support them during labour. If you book me as your doula, the fee is reduced by 50% of what you've already paid for antenatal workshops. For more about my doula role click here
Payment
Advance payment is required with your booking details to secure your place(s). Payment can be made securely online here (pop-up window). Fees are non-refundable but reschedules are available. As an on-call doula I am occasionally called away to a birth. If this happens you will be contacted to reschedule at your earliest convenience.
