Comprehensive instructions are included with your pool, as well as a puncture repair kit incase of rare accidents.

Filling the pool via a hose and tap connector takes from 30 minutes if you have hot water on-demand via a combi boiler.
Your pool can be emptied via the submersible water pump included in the standard kit, or siphon.
For labour, research shows that maternal comfort is the best indicator. For giving birth, aim to have the pool at least as warm as maternal body temperature.
The water temperature is maintained in 3 ways: having thick inflated walls that minimise heatloss, having a warm room (25C is advised for birth) and topping-up occasionally with hot water if required.

Anti-flooding mechanism
Liner or no liner?

The built in vertical I-beams give an incomparable firmness to the wall, while also acting as a fail safe mechanism in the event of an accidental puncture.
A pool liner isn't included in the essential kit as standard, as it is an optional extra and doesn't offer any protection in terms of sterility or anti-flooding (as claimed by other manufacturers). You can still add this to your cart though if you wish to keep the pool itself clean, and some customers have found their second-hand pool fetches a higher price on eBay if they used a liner with it for the birth.
